Terms and Conditions of the VetUnio Website and Courses

§1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the VetUnio website (the "Website"), maintaining a user account, making materials available and registering for courses organised by Przychodnia Weterynaryjna s.c., ul. Kwiatowa 27, 58-125 Pszenno, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8842751171 (the "Organiser").

The Website is intended for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary students, and owners and managers of veterinary practices. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. User account

An account is free to create and requires the following: form of address, first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, practice name and a password. Optionally, the user may add the practice's address, telephone number, e-mail address and logo — these are used solely to personalise the document templates generated in the account.

The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential. The account can be deleted at any time by writing to the contact address; deleting the account ends access to the materials.

By creating an account, the user consents to receiving information about new VetUnio courses, dates and materials at the e-mail address provided. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the account settings (the "I want to receive information…" field) or by e-mail — without affecting the operation of the account.

§3. Materials

The materials made available in the account (document templates, procedure and protocol templates, course materials) are protected by copyright. The user receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them for the purposes of their own veterinary practice, including modifying them and printing them with their own logo.

Reselling the materials, making them publicly available and passing them on to third parties outside the user's own practice is prohibited. The materials are educational in nature and do not replace legal or accounting advice, or a veterinarian's clinical decision.

§4. Course registration

We accept registrations through the form on the Website or by e-mail. A registration is an offer to participate; the contract is concluded when the Organiser confirms the date and venue (by e-mail).

Course prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) net; VAT is added to the price at the applicable rate. A VAT invoice is issued using the details provided in the registration.

Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice (pro forma) by the deadline stated in the confirmation, no later than 7 days before the course. The launch of online payments will be announced on the Website.

• Free change of date or participant: up to 14 days before the course.
• Cancellation up to 14 days before the course: 100% refund of the payment.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the course: a substitute may be named; the payment is non-refundable unless the Organiser fills the place.
• Cancellation of the course by the Organiser (e.g. too few participants, illness of the instructor): 100% refund of the payment or participation on another date, at the participant's choice.

§5. Course delivery

Medical courses take place in person, at the Organiser's premises, in small groups; the practical part may involve work with cadavers and clinical patients in accordance with applicable law and animal welfare principles. Participants undertake to follow the instructor's instructions and health and safety rules.

Participants receive a certificate of attendance; course materials are added to the participant's account on the Website.

§6. Complaints

Complaints concerning the Website or courses may be submitted by e-mail to szkolenia@weterynarz.swidnica.pl within 14 days of the event. We will respond within 14 days.

§7. Consumers

If the user is a consumer (or a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for them), they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, subject to services that have been fully performed with the consumer's express consent before the end of that period. Consumers are entitled to the rights provided under the Consumer Rights Act; the provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not limit those rights.

§8. Final provisions

The Organiser may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (a change in law or in the scope of services). We will notify you of any change by e-mail and on the Website 14 days in advance; registrations made before the change will be handled under the previous terms. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
